2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All orders placed on our Website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.

• Order Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

• Order Cancellation by DandyCult: We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, system issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded to the original method.

All product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. Shipping charges are additional and displayed at checkout based on your location.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using secure payment gateways.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We currently offer shipping across India. For international delivery requests, please contact us through https://dandycult.com/help for a manual feasibility check.

• Dispatch Timeframe: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours to 3 business days. Delivery may take 2 to 14 business days depending on your location and the logistics provider.

• Delayed Deliveries: If there is an unexpected delay from our end, we will notify you by email or phone.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered are accurate and complete. If a shipment fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping fees may apply or the order may be canceled without refund.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, claim window, and proof requirements. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.
