Returns & Refunds Policy
DandyCult is committed to delivering quality products that meet your expectations. In the rare event of a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, the following policy outlines our terms for return and refund resolution. This policy is in full compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable Indian consumer laws.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is physically damaged or defective.
The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item or variant).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction with product design, color, or material.
All return requests must be initiated within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this window will not be eligible under any circumstances.
Mandatory Evidence Required
To process any return or refund request, the following evidence is strictly required:
An unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the product being opened from its sealed packaging and captures the issue in question.
Clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the outer shipping box and visible shipping label.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or photographic evidence will be rejected without exception. Manipulated, incomplete, or low-quality footage will not be considered valid.
Return Approval and Processing
Upon submission of your return request and complete evidence, our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days. If the request is approved, one of the following resolution options will be offered:
Refund – Processed to the original payment method used during purchase, subject to gateway timelines.
Exchange – A replacement product will be shipped if the same SKU is available in stock.
Store Credit – A discount coupon or credit note for future purchases, where applicable.
All approved return resolutions (refund, exchange, or store credit) will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
The final resolution provided will depend on product availability, technical feasibility, and the specific case. DandyCult reserves the right to choose the most appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
If a return shipment is required, DandyCult will bear the shipping cost. Instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided upon claim approval.
The customer must return:
The product in its original condition
All accessories, inserts, tags, and freebies (if any) included in the shipment
The original packaging, including the product box, wrapping, and shipping material
Returns missing any part of the above will be considered incomplete and may be rejected or refunded partially at the company’s discretion.
Once the returned product is received by us and verified for completeness and accuracy of the claim, the refund or other resolution will be initiated. No payment will be processed before the returned item is inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable:
Hygiene-sensitive items such as cleaning cloths (when introduced)
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” on their product pages
Discounted or clearance items sold as part of limited-stock offers
Such items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Fraud and Abuse Protection
To ensure fairness and protect against misuse of this policy, DandyCult reserves the right to decline or blacklist return/refund requests in cases where we reasonably suspect:
Misuse of the return process
Repeated or excessive return activity from the same account, address, or payment method
Submission of altered, unclear, or false proof
Evidence of tampering or malicious intent
We maintain the right to permanently restrict or block users who violate our return policies.

Our customer support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
