We fulfill deliveries using Shiprocket’s logistics aggregation platform, which dynamically assigns the most optimal courier service for your location. Courier partners may include (but are not limited to):

The selection of the delivery partner is automated and based on serviceability to your pin code.
3. Order Processing Timeline
All orders are processed within 24 hours to a maximum of 3 business days from the time of successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will be notified once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines post-dispatch:
Tier 1 cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru): 2 to 4 business days
Tier 2/3 cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days
Remote or rural areas: 5 to 10 business days

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and real-time courier rates through Shiprocket.
All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of GST
Shipping fees are charged separately and shown transparently during checkout
We do not apply any markup on courier fees—charges go directly to the logistics provider
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be explicitly mentioned during promotional campaigns.
6. Order Tracking

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives in a damaged condition, please initiate a return or replacement request via https://dandycult.com/help within 3 calendar days of delivery.
You must provide:
A clear unboxing video
Photos of the outer package and damaged item(s)

8. Address Validity & Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address (residential or commercial) is required for all orders. In case your pin code is not serviceable, our system may prevent checkout or we will contact you post-order to offer alternatives.
